Meet the Team
Managing Partner
Alexandros Karantinos
Alexandros’ has a strong educational foundation in civil engineering and specialized expertise in steel design and construction management. He holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College & Kingston University, an MSc in Steel Design from the University of Surrey, and an MSc in Construction Management from Kingston University. From 2007 to 2009, he worked in the evaluation departments of King Hellas for Alpha Bank, Cyprus Bank, and Eurobank, gaining valuable experience in the financial aspects of construction projects. Following this, he became the Managing Partner of KARANTINOS LTD construction company from 2009 to 2012. During his tenure, he oversaw several key projects, including the renovation of Athens College, the renovation of Pediatric Hospital in Maroussi, the construction of a residential building in Ellinikon, and the renovation of the office building of "NOKIA SIEMENS." In 2012, he founded Kube Contractors in London, UK, and have served as the Managing Partner since then. Over the past decade, our firm has successfully executed over 100 projects across the United Kingdom, Greece, and Cyprus. Kube Contractors, specializes in design, construction management, property finding, and WELL certification.

Anastasios Kavvadias
Anastasios’ background is mostly associated with the commercial real estate banking sector, having worked the last 21 years in Frankfurt and Athens in project finance, loan, deal origination and advisory roles. He has originated and managed a loan portfolio of more than € 0.8 bn in Greece, SEE and Germany, which consists some of the biggest projects in the region like Shopping Centers, Retail Boxes, Office Buildings, Logistics, Mixed Used Residential and Hotels. He owns also the real estate advisory firm Themelion Real Estate, which is active in the SEE and CEE region. Before, he held a position for 3 years within Alpha Bank as a Project Finance Manager, 3 years within Credit Agricole’s Greek subsidiary as a Senior Relationship Manager and 7 years within Commerzbank’s subsidiary Eurohypo as a Transaction Manager, specializing in structuring, originating, closing and managing real estate loans within Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria and Albania. Additionally, he held analyst positions with GE Capital Lease & Finance services and Landesbank Baaden Wuerttemberg, in Frankfurt. Anastasios speaks three languages, Greek, English, German. Holds a BA for Business Administration of University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg – Germany. Real Estate Background: Originating and Management for the finance of Sofia Ring Mall and Mall of Sofia. Other big projects: Mediterranean Cosmos, Village Shopping and More, Cosmote Deutsche Telekom Headquarters, Mall of Cyprus. Anastasios is also a Co-Founder of a hybrid accommodation concept in Greece.
